What You Will Do
This Field Marketing Manager role is a pivotal part of our Account-Based Marketing team, focusing on the planning and execution of conferences, regional events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) events to drive business growth. Reporting to the Director of Account-Based Marketing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each event aligns with Handle’s marketing and account-specific strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Event Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute an events strategy in collaboration with the Director of Account-Based Marketing, focusing on high-impact conferences, regional events and more.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to design event experiences that align with key account goals.
Event Execution and Management:
- Oversee all logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure events align with account strategies, supporting event-based relationship building.
- Coordinate ABM event-related assets such as branded materials, digital content, and custom invitations.
Event Measurement and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on event success metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each event, connecting outcomes to revenue and engagement goals.
- Apply learnings from previous events to enhance future strategies and demonstrate the impact of events on revenue growth.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Are:
- Experienced in field and events marketing, ideally within a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Skilled in end-to-end event planning, execution, and post-event analysis with a focus on account-based marketing.
- A strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, particularly in sales and marketing.
- Detail-oriented and organized, adept at managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Data-driven, with experience tracking metrics and using insights to refine strategies.
