Job Summary
This role is a vital position within our organization, requiring expertise in researching construction projects, construction notices, and mechanics liens. You’ll help streamline processes in construction finance, contributing directly to our mission.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include:
•Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed research to identify property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties in various construction projects. Use a variety of tools and methods to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Apply knowledge of construction notices and mechanics liens to guide research.
•Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone calls and emails to verify information and provide clear, responsive support.
•Verification and Compliance: Verify the accuracy of construction notices and mechanics liens, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
•Document Management: Organize and manage documents, maintaining a comprehensive database.
•Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with changes in construction laws and regulations, bringing positivity and enthusiasm to tackle challenges.
What Specific Experience You Bring to the Team:
•Industry Knowledge: Experience with the construction process, including permits, notices, and liens across multiple U.S. states.
•Customer-Facing Experience: Demonstrated comfort working directly with customers in a support role.
•Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction law and relevant regulations.
•Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with standard business and operational applications.
